Sebastian Riverfront Resort is the perfect setting for the corporate traveler, temporary relocation, romantic getaway or family vacation.   Are you planning a family gathering?  We can provide multiple units to accommodate all your guests, we can be flexible.

Our rates for the resort are seasonal.  Our calendar is divided from November 15th thru April 15 or In Season, and April 16th thru November 14th or Off Season.

• 11% sales tax will be applied.
• Add $75 - $100.00 cleaning fee to published rates for weekly and monthly visits.
• All rates are subject to availability.
• Payment method: Check or Credit Card.
• We require a deposit of 50% at time of reservation and the balance is due 45 days prior to visit.
• Cancellation fee: $500.00 - No refund within thirty (30) days of check-in.
• Pet fee: $50.00 (Restrictions apply, one small dog under 25lbs.)
• Extended stay accommodations subject to availability.
