Main Living Area Three Bedroom Design

Our resort offers two floor plans to fit your needs, a two bedroom, two bath design with approximately 1,275 square feet of living space or a three bedroom three bath with 1,575 square feet of living space. Each bedroom does have its own private bath. Using our lockout feature and if availability allows we can rent the condominium as a one bedroom one bathroom.

All of our condominiums have an outdoor balcony with spectacular views of the intra-coastal waterway and the Indian River lagoon. The first floor units provide easy access to the heated pool.

The kitchens have been outfitted with granite countertops, all the necessary appliances and a full compliment of cookware, tableware and utensils.

All the units are equipped with cable television, many have high speed internet, there is a WLAN in the office for occasional access.

All linens, bath and pool towels are provided.

Weekly cleaning service is available for our extended stay guests for an additional charge.
